Most machines if they are hot and cold fill, only take hot water on the very hot washes. There is a heater in the drum to heat the water to the correct temperature, so you may not get hot water going into the machine.Washman

How do you know the element needs replacing if you do not know where it is. It might not be the element that has failed , the only way to be sure is to test the element with the appropriate test meter.

The up stands are low glass panels to go each side of the splash back along the wall, so cooker will work OK without them.

Is the oven gas or electric.
You need to remove oven from housing and look for a label.
Also a better picture of the control panel of the oven might be a good idea.Washman

The reason he has stopped giving more advice, is because he has no idea of your competence in carrying out any further repair. And if you make a mistake and electrocute yourself who will get the blame, most probably the person giving the advice.

If you have not altered the baskets, it must be that the top spray arm has never been rotating all that time. Going by the pictures its impossible for the arm to pass the plates with the top basket in that position.

I have been getting a lot of E-mails from mms.service followed by four digits then O2 or Vodafone, but none show my E-mail address or name in the header.I looked up “mms.service” its supposed to be multimedia messages from mobile phones.But is being used by hackers and the like.Make sure your antivirus is up to date,and scan all E-mails.

the power board Martin said to look at is the main PCB in the top of the machine with all the electronic components on. Not the 13 amp plug.
