    One item is not enough to try and spin, you need at least half a load so that it can be distributed around the the drum before spin.
    Out of balance is controled by the PCB main board sensing how the motor is turning.

    Container with brown looking crystals is correct thats the water softener, thats where the salt goes through to regenerate.

    From Error Code Identification Sheet

    ” UE ” Cause Unbalanced Error . =The load in the drum is unbalanced.

    Solution = Switch off the power and rearrange, add,or remove some of the items to be washed.

    From memory , remove plastic end caps from control panel they just pull off,then undo one screw from each side panel and ease panel out there should then be one screw each side holding hob glass ,remove screws and hob should hinge up ,you will need support to hold top up.

    Electra was also a brand that Servis uk were selling AWM110BE comes up as a Servis machine from about 2003, whats the serial number? can then check details.

    DO NOT attempt to take microwave apart to replace lamp .
    Microwaves can kill even when switched off .Very high voltage stored in main capacitor up to 4000 volts .
    Call a microwave engineer out .

    200 degrees is the highest setting most fan ovens go to. With a fan oven you cook at a lower temperature and for less time than a conventional oven, cooking with a fan oven is cheaper ie:-less heat less time = less money spent on cooking.
