no dout after this posting there will me more mud sling or acusasions but i will not reply.so take that as literel rather than think the horse has bolted. :rolls:
jamie.Thank God!
But what Ade accuses is completely untrue and unfounded. Act within the rules and it’s fine, any subject is up for discussion openly. Break them and it isn’t.
This thread has been repeatedly used to advertise NAC or to draw attention to it and, as I have said, just like other very similar enterprises trying the same thing it’s been stomped on by myself and the moderators. I explained this to you previously yet, despite that, you still subversively try to promote NAC by dangling carrots in your ever increasing number of “last” posts.
As soon as an account breaks the rules we monitor it closely and that’s why your account has come under scrutiny, no other reason.
That was compounded after the fact due to your involvement and intimate knowledge of Mr Welke’s business which, as has been pointed out, seems rather to extensive for someone that just gets work from him. So, involvement was assumed.
Then the writing style and mannerisms tied up with our Mr Welke almost to a T.
All the while we have him probably still fuming over being snubbed for his outrageous behaviour previously which was bang out of order but, he was prevented from posting his poison and lies here previously about myself and others.
Then you try to post, I let one through as an example, clearly falsified text conversations that never happened said, by you, to be sent to you by Adrian. Now, there’s some nitty gritty to get into there but let’s just leave it at, these were 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} clearly falsified and intended to cause harm to me personally.
I should have let the other one through really as its so stupid as to be just an example of the level of intelligence on display. But the timings were way off which reaffirmed the almost certainty that this account was being used by Adrian Welke.
Oh and by the way, the closest I could resolve one IP to where you claim to be is Penrath, the other two hit nodes in Leeds/Bradford and the trail goes cold there as I can’t get any more accurate a geo-physical location without police involvement or ISP cooperation to do so.
Bottom line, the account is being accessed from at least two very different geographical locations so far as I am concerned. Therefore the balance of probability is that the account is compromised and being used by multiple persons, a clear breach of site TOU and so you get monitored.
You saying that you “don’t know much about computers” doesn’t negate the digital footprints, you leave a trail that can be analysed.
For the sake of clarity this means that, even if a call or visit is made there is no way by which to verify the authenticity of the person being spoken to or met with if the account is in use by more than one person.
Therefore although it cannot be proved with absolute certainty without the involvement of the police I would be 99.99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} or higher confident that the person posting using this account is Adrain Welke and, the evidence available would seem to reaffirm that conclusion.
Say what you like, the facts are what thy are.

Some should also beware that Jaime has a number of engineers that may or not be qualified to carry out work on appliances in a domestic situation.
On a seperate thread he openly asks about training and admits he struggles to repair the volume of work he gets from NAC.
Whilst we as an industry are constantly learning, something i’ve posted & banged on about many times, there is a responsibility to ensure staff are capable of carrying out the job safely.
Being an electrican does not soley prevent a cock up and any business failing to fix products correctly increases the chances that someone is going to get a visit.;-)
Aide has a responsibility to both NAC and its clients to ensure the businesses they recommend or pass work to are up to a required level of competence.
From what i’ve read here and passed on to others both Jaime and Aide may well be visited, there certainly been made aware of.

i dont mind talking about training as im all for it to so ill reply to this one lee8.
ok firstly, what is the law about fixing appliances?.as far as im aware anyone can do it to a certain degreee.gas obviously needs being gassafe but apart from that, what qualifications do i need to attend a hotpoint washing machine that is not draining?.what degree to i need ro attend a dishwasher thats not lettingt he tablet out of the dispenser?what city and guild do i need to attend a dryer thats not heating?.
there are regulations in place for sparks and also gas with gassafe but nothing for appliances.
we have public liability insurance and we will advertise and repair appliances.if someone wants to corect me on the law,or if im doing something wrong them ill stop until we get certified.but please point me in the direction of goverment legislasion that states regs and requirements for appliance repairs.
whilst i have admited to having complicated jobs i mean those that are to advances for us in early stage of repairing appliances.for that reason we asked national appliance care if they could get someone else in my area as we were sending a few back every week.they workd with us and took on another engineer so alls rosey.infact they said its quite normal to have more than one firm in an area.
its also for the above reason that i enquired about training as appliances we are persuing appliances repairs so training would benefit us.now that is the best thing to do for us and still not breaking any laws ect ect ect.
i am booking a cource on dixon training for an engineer to see if he benefits form it.if he does ill send others.
about being visited?. by who lee8?there are no appliance police and even if there were i am not doing anything wrong so i would welcome any visit.at least then i would get proper clarificasion on whats required to do appliance repairs so it might be a good thing.

just to get it back on topic, engineers can get spare parts via national appliance care direct from bosch hotpoint indesit ect ect ect.not only is it cheaper it means we can go to them if spares suppliers have no stock ect.surely you let this one on kwat as its about national appliance care so all facts good and bad should be alowed on here.
one or two of my postings have not appeared which is not fair as you block them if they are good things but allow an argument to go here while restricting freedom of posting for me.kind of makes it all one sided.
one question also kwat, why is it now called nac not national appliance care?.November 8, 2013 at 5:35 pm #400704kwatt

No idea, one of the moderators probably changed it so it wasn’t looking like a running advert for the service which, your post above pretty much is.

20 quid?? Amazing revelations coming forth then from NAC. How do they do it?

You phone Hotpoint direct Martin, tell them your details and the part number you want, mention your trade and get a small discount. You pay them by Debit/Credit card and they send you the part!
It’s almost ALWAYS cheaper these days than CDSL as are most other manufacturers.
This is not really much of a revelation.
Jamie, do NAC allow you credit terms when you buy parts from them direct or do you have to pay on order?

Have hotpoint put there prices up, £20 discount on any inner door should make the part free.
