How do they do it?You phone Hotpoint direct Martin, tell them your details and the part number you want, mention your trade and get a small discount. You pay them by Debit/Credit card and they send you the part!
It’s almost ALWAYS cheaper these days than CDSL as are most other manufacturers.
This is not really much of a revelation.
Jamie, do NAC allow you credit terms when you buy parts from them direct or do you have to pay on order?
Jackal
yeah national appliance care emailed me and everyone i assume with a contact name an number and account number.i then called the woman at hotpoint and ordered and paid the woman on the phone with cad.part was 2 days and yes lee8,was 20 pound cheaper than connect.same thing with Bosch.dont need part number just model details.
the others are done online with a logon.
they say they doing it so parts are cheaper and more available so less charge jobs can not go ahead over part delays or price if jusr relying on connect or qualatex ect ect ect.
think its a good thing me.i can use them for parts for jobs that are not come from them to.November 8, 2013 at 9:19 pm #400712lee8

Dear God, this thread is just one big advert for NAC by jamieparrie IMO.
What next? Pills supplied, guns, vans, test equipment, pizza?
I mean really, it’s just absurd.
So, here’s how this is gonna go…
Anything that so much as has a whiff of an advert about it will be deleted without notice or the post disapproved by myself or the moderators. End of. No discussion, no debate.
We get it, you’re desperate and obviously need some attention, you’re mother didn’t love you or whatever, I don’t really give a stuff.
I will not allow the forums to be polluted with this garbage.
If you don’t like it “jamie” then please leave, there is no requirement for you to stay, it isn’t mandatory that you have to be here posting such utter tripe.

So it’s just like all the others then.
We go to most manufactures for genuine spares direct, as we find them cheaper for most parts than CDSL.
This is nothing special at all and any member of the trade can do it with almost all serious manufacturers!
As KWatt says propaganda, smoke and mirrors designed to promote the virtues of the WP in my opinion.

hello.the problem here is that because noone who gets work from them has a bad thing to say about them, the only tings are good things, that then becomes promoting?ther was other people who posted in early pages but dont anymore and its not hard to guess why.
and so what if it was promoted.if its a good thing why try to produce it. a bad name here?.
im sure readers will have there own opinions and from what i was told this forums postings have generated a lot of enquirys for them so whether you slate it or not its still being promoted here.
acting and behaving like some do here shows readers what kind of people are behind this forums.

A curious fact has just surfaced in that Jamie was a director of Uktradebook but resigned in January this year.

The lack of comment gives no indication of support, more likely looking at NAC forum there just is not that many people involved.
The ones involved l would suspect and please do suggest i’m wrong, are probably, a bit thick.
ther was other people who posted in early pages but dont anymore and its not hard to guess why.
Why ?
Means nothing to me.
and so what if it was promoted.if its a good thing why try to produce it. a bad name here?.
Its a bad thing, see above, about being thick.

Yeah, yeah, wrong Jamie, fair enough, my mistake. Being as you are in regular contact with Adrian can you ask him this question on your behalf please: Why aren’t Assured Electrical Solutions of Cardiff listed on your site under Electricians and therefore how come I get 20-30 jobs a week from you? There are so many sparks listed on the NICEIC website in Cardiff but not a single one in UKTradebook.

i can answer that by myself as i did pages ago.tradebook and national appliance care are too diffrent things.they are the same company but tradebook is a directory and im not on it as yet as i havent got round to joining it.national appliance care is where they pass work that they get in their office.nothing to do wit directory site or tradebook website.completely different.what is so hard for you to understand that?.its like this forums and ise make.same person diferent things.
you are hard work martin lolol
lee8 you bore me.wont come see us as you threatened but spout off on here.such a big man.also like i said ages ago,why ask questions to me here if you want me to shut up?.someone just grow a pair and ring them direct?.
