Send in emails complaining about stuff not arriving when they asked for the cheapest possible shipping method or, whining about their busted appliance that is essential to their daily lives that cost as little as they could pay.

I’ve never ever come across a customer that has ever done that anyway. It’s all part of our job and that’s exactly how our customer sees it. The best ones are when they go away on a fortnights holiday then call you out on their return. Then you get the penicillin cultures growing on the floating baked beans like blue-green moss on an ocean of grey slime and rancid clumps of orange coloured cooking fat….lovely.:D

A lot of mine will have a go at getting most of the water out, but yes when it’s got that nice skim on it and the smell makes you urge it makes me glad to be there and doing this wonderful job 🙂

It’s about the customers general hygiene standards.
Most of mine would attempt to clear or ask on the telephone call what they should do,90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} would clear it because they wouldn’t want that festering mush in the cooking area, some folks on the other hand hardly notice it.
I didn’t use my vac as it was too whiffy!

they all think we can magic the water out , i dont mind bailing them it is part of the job nowadays .. i get great satisfaction using there best tea cup etc .
is it just me but every other fridge call we get the customer has some medical reason that we should prioritize them.
it gets really tiring try to empathize with them , my who gives a shit reply has nearly crept out a few times ..lol

Complain that the old towels you asked to use as if by magic turned out to be their best and the stains wont come out and now your liable for a bath set far greater in value than the single old dog towel they gave you.

We had one yesterday ,when she was asked where she lived her reply was “here” :rolls:
Booked a customer with ,in her words ” A policy that means you will do it all ” for a PM call at her request ,just as I’m wrapping the call up she says “when I say PM I mean after 4” 👿
