    I’ve never ever seen one.
Qualtex still stock it though (I just done a Check stock availability)
Of course the trouble is, if you sell one, and it breaks down under guarantee (or out of guarantee) are you going to be able to get ALL the spares to repair it? And also if under guarantee who is going to foot the bill, Qualtex maybe???

on these ones, instead of the dial spinning to show a fault, it will run the fill valves & drain pump continually, god knows why, a real pain for the customer when its plugged in behind machine, even if you turn it off on the front it will switch back on & fill/empty until unplugged, so it can still just be a thermistor fault

What the hell are these manufactures on eh?
I honestly think they are trying to be so damn clever they aint got a clue what there doing, after all, that’s all we need is a machine to wash clothes in.
God I wish I could go back 25 years and work on all that good old stuff.

I allways use Qualtex CAR98’s and have never had a problem.
But you got me worried now so perhaps I’d better start stocking genuine ones

I hate to say this ( runs for cover). Would it not be beneficial to take insurance out on it then?

I quite fancy one of these hobs

By what you are saying Ken; it is best not to fit the hob above the oven?

That wouldn’t be a problem, coz I could fit the oven into a eye level housing.

I used to have an old electron on my patch like that.
Front of the machine was in the kitchen. To get the rear you went out of the back door into the outside loo and removed a wooden cover and there was the back of the machine!!!!
