usually this is to do with the new type pressure sensors, as seamy says a reset usually fixes it, if not try tapping the P/S and trying again,

    last resort new switch.

    Re: bosch control board replacement

boards need programed to particular models, pretty simple but give instrucitons a good read if you havent done one before.

basically you turn dial to a few positions and select certain options.

ps make sure they have the english instructions a few ive done have been german only!!

This occurs when too much foaming is detected.
It is also displayed while foaming is removed.
When the removal is finished, the normal cycle
proceeds. “Sud” or “SUdS” is displayed when too
much foaming is detected and “End” is displayed
when the removal of the foaming is finished.
(This is one of the normal operations. It is an error
    for preventing non-sensing faults.)

motor faults confuse the life out of them, obv could be pcb as well but id suspect more likely just motor.

    bank direct debit advice

Get back onto bank they should see the regular payment is ÂŁ54 they should do a dd indemnity reversal.

As part of the dd guarantee should any money be taken in error the bank must on request immediately refund the customers account

If they try and stall them ask them to read out their direct debit guarantee to you.
