Hi
The fridge door is separate from the fridge and dold no electrical components, the bush’s are plastic so in realistic terms there is no continuity between the appliance and door.

KeymasterRe: RSH1DBBP American Fridge freezer
unit will require new evap cover and possibly defrost parts behind it. only certain variations had a heater fitted. never had one fail though. look for incomplete defrost cycling.
defrost sensor needs to be moved from r/h side of evap to suction linejr

KeymasterRe: Hotpoint EW82S Top Oven Problem
Hi
Switch the oven on for a minute or so with the trays ect removed, get a sponge or cloth onto the base of the oven and see if it heats and evaporates this is the most common element to fail, you an feel the heat from the top element by just putting your hand in the middle of the oven.
If the water doesn’t evaporate or heat then it’ll be the base element or if the top one doesn’t then it’s the. Oven/grill element.

Hi
NO.. It’s time for you to contact SAMSUNG and advise that it’s a known defect. Changed piles of these whilst under warranty and it IS a manufacturers defect.

Hi
the display shows the last held temperature. Also as there is a technical bulletin by samsung concerning the compressor fault and is known by samsung contact them to get ir replaced F.O.C.
The original compressors used was MD4A1QL1U/E01 and then changed to MD4A1QL1U/E02 and in 2011 they started to use MD4A1Q1U/E03.
