Hi
Did you get a short capillary thermostat ? otherwise you will need to coil the excess behind the thermostat housing but you will need to make sure its insulated also.

Bear in mind that carbon brushes last as long as the amount of washes that are carried out and also the weight of what is washed.

Hi,
I still need help with this machine.
It does not give out an error code.
I changed the thermistor but the problem persists.
It fills with water. It heats. It empties. Then it fills again.
This time it heats until the case gets so hot you cannot touch it. Then it suddenly stops. When I open the door, it is full of water.
Any idea?
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this?

What is actually advertised is : Plus
collision,tyres,road tag,breakdown,airport collection. It raised the cost massively.They all do it though so the best idea is to e-mail them for a complete quote with what they call mandatory extras.In fact e-mail all of the ones in US and you’ll be suprised on the increase.

If you have a mate who can regas if it’s needed then wouldn’t it be far easier to get the repair completed by him which will sort out the problem.

Normally the fridge stat is the only thing that went wrong with these. Excellent unit.
It can only be either stat or compressor both are worth doing as the unit will out live anything produced now.Bryan

The model was manufacture red before 1999 so there is no information available on the gorenje tech site. Can you e-mail or post a picture of the front control panel of the machine to see if anyone can identify it from the picture.Or send one to samsung@ffrservices.co.uk .

As for the insurance companies ect they will mostly go to work providers network :ISDAL, JTM ect.
