Hi
Be VERY CAREFUL as the glass is sometimes double sided taped to the carcass. If it is taped then the only way is to gently heat the mirror using a hair drier long slow process but it shouldn’t have been bonded.

Why do you want an evaperator ?.. Never changed one in 8yrs. The part number for the original heater that was on the evaperator is DA96-00013H .

Very common fault is compressor failure. Also check for acid oil in the system before fitting a new compressor as if it has it’s scrap.

Hi
This is a continental style oven and the best way to use them are as follows.
Turn the oven to max temperature for a min 20 mins and then turn it down to the required temp just as you put the food in.
By doing this the drop of temprature equalises do to the heat loss and thus the base burner doesn’t come back on until it’s needed.
This has cured all the complaints that I’ve had over the years on the cheaper end models.

Give them a call as I cant see them only been available as a complete door.
