In what way does it switch on and off all day ?
It should stop and start all day once it reaches temperature. Have you checked the plug socket ? is there anything in front of the socket ?

This has the showing of an FSD fault which will require a gas safe engineer to carry out the repair.

SOGHW isn’t the model number but the range.
There are basically 2 different ovens but 6 different elements all of which I still have stock of.
If you pull the oven out approx 10″ there will be a silver barcode label on the top of the oven.This will be the correct model number and serial number.
e-mail me samsung@ffrservices.co.uk once you have this number.

Normall due to corrosion caused by not turning the plates on for a couple of minutes after cleaning to dry them out.New one are easy to fit and reasonably priced normally available from the on line shop.

I take it that none of the lights on the top are flashing ?.
If that is the case then I would if your competent to do so check for power at the compressor..

Does it run at all if left switched on ? or if you turn it off for 30 mins when you turn it back on how long is it before you hear the clicks and where from ?

yes ive spoken to yell and its being dealt with by their legal department, we also have a trademark ongoing with our name and logo etc , so that will make thing interesting
