Zannusi did make model a few years ago which also came with a tape for the visually impaired,I had one until a couple of years back when i gave it to the inlaws and they are still using it.
Meile also have the option to be adapted as this link will get you a bit more info.

I hope your right and this is just an isolated case, otherwise it will hit the industry hard.
we have been working with D&G for over 15 years and cover a massive area for them, if they pull the work from the independants, who will cover the machines like Servis, there is no manufacture service for brands like that?
had a meeting with them today, apparantly they are looking to cut up to a third of the independants and pass work on to the manufactures !!!

If I get a bad payer I just hound them to the gates of hell like one of those annoying customers we have been talking about.
Phone them up at night go round there every day if need be.Point of law though…
debt is a civil matter. BUT
You do this and you’ll end up with a criminal charge yourself..Its called harressment…Its ok for them to scruw you but you cant do it.And that is a CRIMINAL matter.
