    Hi

The model is probably a CBN-3656.

I would be looking towards the fridge evaperator sensor as this model is electronically controlled.

    Hi Mike.
No this isn’t available on line. I have all the tutor and questionnaire sheets that the trainers have at the gas centres that carry out the training from the paperwork. No physical hands on work is done until this part is complete. I will let you know the name of the manual that you will need to purchase which if i remember rightly is about £28 on ebay.

All i ask is don’t use google to find the answers as you need to look and find them in the real class room where google is not allowed

    Hi

More likely that the liner that is bonded to the evaperator has become unbounded therefor leaving a gap between them and not switching off.

How old is the appliance ?

    Re: north west based work

    Hi

Manufacturers are always looking for gas engineers as wet and dry engineers are ten a penny. No manufacturer has got 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} gas coverage no matter what they claim and they are alway looking to farm the gas calls out to self employed engineers.

the problem is..some engineers won’t do training won’t pay for training and expect everything to be put on a plate and then fed to them..And I said SOME !! I am not taring all engineers.

    hi
when I put the old door lock back on the machine works fine it just will not open the door at the end of programme, so they have to pull the door release cord 😕

    Re: north west based work

The cost of the course is split into two parts – £2,840.00 for the four weeks training

    But tim.

By carrying out the NVQ theory it reduces the training time required which is approx 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the costs quoted. As this is what the majority of the 4-6 weeks training covers.. this is why the Know how engineers are doing a 6 week intensive all class room training and exams,They are doing the full NVQ from start to finish which is what takes the time and cost.

    Re: Delonghi DFS903 timer question

    Hi

The stainless steel top will need to be removed but you do not need to be gas safe to replace the timer as long as you do not break any gas joints. That includes the bayonet fitting on the flexible hose. But if the customer has disconnected the hose and it is left disconnected for the customer to refit. BUT take due care and attention.
