Andy Wilson the MD of Whirlpool is taking a keen interest in the service side to the extent he has met all Service partners recently.He has promised to come to my place wih a view to sitting with one of my girls for an hour,doing a couple of local service visits and having a good chat about Whirlpool service with me.He is from Dyson where he was stiffled by not being family and is well aware of the importance of Service supporting any Sales.
More when it happens 8)

😀 Totally agreee on the as much help as possible.
I think you should hold off on the advert for 7 days and give us chance to put into black and white the basic shape of the project,as soon as you mention it there are likely to be lots of questions so lets have the answer sheet ready first.I will put time into this, this weekend and will endevour to have a little to bounce of you on Monday.
Remember its an idea and will need fine tuning several times to resemble a pilot scheme we can run with and have broad agreement with the majority of Dasa members. 😛

Thanks for the tip, I was thinking of running pipes from the bathroom into this smaller room, so the washing machine would not have been in the bathroom.
I agree with you, it does sound like a very bad idea. Unfortunately I have heard stories of people with washing machines in their bathrooms…very dodgy. 🙂

Massive rejections, you must be flavour of the month. I ve got 51. 6 I could possibly put down to our errors. The other 45 no chance all were rejected because of completion date 26/08/2003. Like you I always do updates as soon as they are received. Whats there excuse now just another reason to withhold monies due for work done. Bet they still invoice the clients and hold onto the money for an extra 30 days. I ve heard of creative accounting but this is blody ridiculous.
Was that pissed off my head went straight above the parapit,, my letter has already gone in by email asking for full explanations. Mark thinks the tone of the letter is a bit too sarcastic we ll see.
None of us can afford to fund the NESN wage bill we have our own lively hoods to look after and all our own employees. We are the stupid buggers doing all the hard work.
