KeymasterRe: Frigidaire FRF170FF occasionally warms up – ? sensor pro
Hi
Yes there was a problem with the defrost sensor placement being to close to the heater causing the evaperator to ice up and stop cooling.
The sensor should NOT be at the bottom but moved to the TOP of the evaperator.
Due to the cable going hard and unbendable when frozen it would be better to have it defrosted before you attempt to move it.

Hi
Move it into the warm house for a period of 48hrs without plugging it in to see if the damp will dry out.
Then whilst its in the house turn it on.

You have absolutely no knowledge of us or what we do apart from reading a lot of gobbledygook by UKWhitegoods Admin who are on a mission to deny NAC of any adult, grown up conversation.
NAC Did not start this thread so you could say that we have NOT come here to promote NAC.
I’d like to invite you ‘canufixit’ to contact myself, Ade or Mick on Monday. We will happily set you up for a week and pass you jobs for free! As in not a penny! A free weeks worth of fully chargeable repairs, just before Christmas… On us!
You will then be able to make an educated opinion on any value it might bring to you and you will then be able to make an educated and factual statement about NAC Based on factual experiences NOT based on ‘Heresay’ or comments made by UKWhitegoods Admin.
That’s a no thanks, I am not needing extra work, to busy running my own business, finding my own work on my own merits
don’t ,never had to take hand outs working for lower rates.
managed to pull it off for 28 yrs, like this.so I will stick to what works, and what makes me more profit which I will then reinvest in my own company, thanks but no thanks

Short, simplified version…
The person/people using the account “NationalAppCare” tells lies IMO and the evidence strongly appears to support that view.
The person/people using the account “jamieparrie” tells lies IMO and the evidence strongly appears to support that view.
It is quite probable, some may even say for sure, that these two accounts are being shared by one person. That person is in all probability the owner of NAC, Adrian Welke.
IMO, this company is a scam intended to lever money out the repairers though nefarious means and the ranting drivel is merely an attempt to promote the scam.
That pretty much covers it really.

KNO not at all aimed at you, but meant to be that if your up front and honest then unlike NAC, had he simplified, not gone into this smoke and mirrors way of running a con the necessary will speak. it is a CON 👿
keep up the good work 😀

KeymasterRe: Candy gas hob ignition trips consumer unit
Hi
Most probably it’s been either installed with a 13amp plug and fuse or wired directly to the 30amp cooker circuit.
It should be fitted with a 3amp fuse

We currently have over 25,000 active customers that we provide this service for and growing steadily. We are currently looking to work in partnership for the foreseeable future with appliance engineers who can complete requested repairs on our behalf.
Could you please provide details of the following:

(3) Average response time from the job being booked to completion
(4) If it turns out an appliance is BER can you request from us and not notify?

(6) Contact telephone number and email address along with a main point of contact within your company that we should forward all repair requests too
