Re: Problem with Liebherr Fridgefreezer CTNes 3123

    Hi Clive

OK. It just seemed like a formal letter to somebody. Can you please supply the service number that is on the sticker normally in the fridge section or on the inside wall of the freezer section, drawers will need to be removed.

Firstly try turning off your appliance and leave the freezer door open for 24hrs. If there has been a problem where the door hasn’t been closed correctly / fully then this will clear the ice build up behind the panel.
Yes this will be a inconvenience but may save you a engineer visit.

Thanks. I didn’t think there would be another fuse hidden away somewhere…. I think at £139 for a circuit board I’ll be better off purchasing a new machine…
    Thanks again…

    Hi Tim

That doesn’t make it a viable sale. Your cost £280 plus vat £56 £336 £20 more than john lewis. And you don’t get any of the after sales work for min 2 yrs. why not the Amica ect at least you keep the customer not Bosch.

    Hi

Either FFD has failed or if it hasn’t worked since you cleaned it you’ve moved it or clogged it. You will need a gas safe engineer visit.

If you took photos of the original and the replacement is the same part then fit as you took off.
how do you know this other model is the same build as yours ?

If your way works then don’t change it.

Re: NAC (ADVERT THREAD: IGNORE IT)

Obviously with demand, there will be a fee. ANY Engineer we send to one of these calls we would not send for less than £50. So we do not exploit, we do not take advantage, we simply capitalise on other Service Providers failings.

So you are paying the engineer £50 AFTER the £20 commission has been paid ? so the manufacturer is paying £70.

    OR

Your paying the engineer £50 then the engineer pays you £20 so in actual fact the engineer gets paid £30 for probably a 2 visit job ?

    Just want to clarify

    Yep

Sorry I have to agree he should have changed the hoses.especially when installed into a flat. Also the old hoses was an un known verifiable age..may look new but may be 5 yrs old.

Check that there is enough water going into the machine and also being pushed unto the top spray arms,You will need to have the unit full out and the top supply pipe visible.
