    Hi

I take it that you are looking for the water pipe to the fridge water tank then..If this is correct then it comes as a whole water tank assembly.

    Hi Spimps

Then use a standard 50c N/O cooling fan control onto the oven internal cavity as all other manufacturers do.

If it cuts in early then better.

Thanks for that Martin. I’m an aircraft engineer so I’m fairly competent and have repaired quite a few washing machines over the years (but not a dishwasher). Is the sensor unit you linked to accessible externally from the side panel? Does it just control the indication or does it control other functions. We’d probably live with the light on permanently if the machine ran fine otherwise.

    Re: Engineers working contract ?

Your employment contract doesn’t have to be in writing, but you’re entitled to a written statement of the main terms within two months of starting work.

The contract lays down what you agree to.. the statement lays down what your expected to do and by accepting the wages then you’ve agreed to do it.

Jamie.. at the end of the day they come down to the same thing.. If you employ someone and you don’t have it then your screwed.. And they are normally awarded one months wages.

Have you checked the clutch ? use a bit of emery cloth to roughen up or replace pads if they are still available.

    Re: Engineers working contract ?

For the past about 7 years its been a legal requirement that a contract of employment is signed and in place for any employees part time or full time.. you can’t use an agreement unless its a formal contract. the employee will be able to use a tribunal for the simplist minor thing and you will have no defence and they will receive at the barest minimum one months wages even if they lose or don’t even have grounds.

We got caught out when we was helping out a so called friend a couple of years back and just had a mutual agreement for part time help.So it’s a warning to anyone who has any type of employee or help.

I can send you what we have in place from day one if you want.

Re: I resent Landlords trying to push me

    Hi

I always say if you can get it cheaper then do so but they suffer the costs if it fails as they purchased the parts not me. Had a customer who needed a £145 part that the manufacturer (westin cooker hoods) don’t give trade or engineer discounts and the customer was happy for me to order and put 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} mark up as it would then be covered by me.
