If you’ve checked everything I would be looking at the module. I get a lot of them unfortunately. Seem to get more of it on the WMD models, including no fill problems that are module faults. Definately worth disconnecting the module, give the edge connectors a squeeze and trying it first though.

    Hi
True…If its under 5 years old you could have it repaired under your 5 year parts warranty.

    Re: Beko WM5001W

Thanks Martin… To be honest I havent done an insulation test on the motor as i saw it running on test mode and the brushes looked evenly worn. Think it may be the pressure switch/system as it fills a lttle every couple of mins after initial fill. In any case, it’s got one more chance on monday as I havent got the time or patience for it at the moment.
    Thanks for your time
    Kind regards

    Hi
Yep….fills and does nothing. Have always gone to check the motor brushes when this happens on these and not bother with test mode. But in this case the motor seems good.
    thanks

Check the wires from the motor connector back to the pcb. Check the edge connector on the pcb is tight.

Also, have a look at the two thin cables that come out of the front of the motor into the connector block for damage…..

    Hi
Check the motor paying attention to the connector and cables. Sounds like when the spring has broken the motor has taken a knock…

    Power off before you start!!

    Hi
There’s 2 different seals fitted to these. The WF type one and a flimsy one that’s a bit cheaper. The other should come up in the search but will have a look for you..
