Chris only took photo of label on rear of machine with barcode on it. It’s a DPU 8360 W bar code

    Re: News

Hi Ken, I have to say that I for one am very disappointed at the demise of ISE, despite the differing views we had about a certain machine. I bought into the concept of a better quality machine that would last a lot longer than most machines produced for the domestic market. A lot of my customers bought into it too, but I suppose the majority of consumers only look at the cost short term. I hope to retire by age 65 so I stopped pushing sales earlier this year because I couldn’t see ISE being able to honour the 10 year guarantee to customers in my area. Little did I know eh!
I am not bitter towards you or ISE and hope things sort themselves out quickly.
Hopefully we can get information on Asko parts that are suitable for use on the ISE range, or even ISE parts, to keep them in service

    Best regards
    Alan

Thanks for the reply Bob. Much appreciated.
Customer already had this model replaced because of a succession of problems when under guarantee. This one hasn’t been much better but now it’s out of guarantee.
She knows the engineer that does the Samsung repairs so think I will leave her to contact him.

    Thanks again

    Re: News

Hi Ken, just as a matter of interest are the parts for ISE10 machines only suitable for them or are there Asko machines/spares compatible?
Is it just that there will be no spares available warranty/chargeable full stop?
