    Re: MJH Aftercare

That is interesting as we do ALL TA codes plus 16 EX codes, however we have never worked for SES, don’t even know of them? So I wonder why this Ron & I have never crossed paths, unless my memory has gone.

I know who he has been using, and I can understand why he aint happy, but the fact I’ve turned down MJH means the work will still be done by the same agent. Makes no sense at all. MJH and the agent I’m thinking of will get on famously though as they are of a similar nature.

Any way, don’t really need the work, but always happy to give anyone a thought.

Bear in mind one thing Martin.

You may well work with them and do everything Legit & Kosher, the problem will arise however should others “Exploit” the system and “Earn” Extra revenue. When they get caught the whole operation is drawn into question and all agents suffer as a result.

Just ask an NESN agent what hoops they have to jump through on an Allianz job, all thanks to one certain individual in the smoke.

He has had more things that have dissolved around him than a binge drinker reaching for the Alka-Seltzer.

I didn’t like the way that it was expected of me to book out parts as not fitted.

Trip down memory lane with regard to the way we used to tease him, but he always took it in good sport.

It would appear that they are interested in a lot of Connect’s I explained that repairers could source own, but only under certain circumstances.K.

I would rephrase that to EXTREME circumstances. Very rare you can get away with that one.

They are such a small part of my business now I pick & chose what I do to the extent that the average labour fee last year was £39 per call, and now despite a rate drop is £41 per call.

    Pays to be selective.

I don’t really think it is that far out. John has amended a few points & I have no problem with that. When you bear in mind how many times we have been spurred into action I don’t suppose there needs to be much in the way of changes.

Are we all happy with the names within this “Controlling group” in as much as Mr Penguin has dropped off his ice-floe & Del seems to be rather busy these days.

I’m happy to stay here, but perhaps we need to ask those who are not so prolific on the site of late whether they want out of it? There again, as I said earlier we are not overburdened with work.

    Still applies re Comfortably Numb.

As per the title of this thread. What has happened to the edit facility?

I realise my English is perhaps good enough to get away with it, but on the odd occasion I see a slip up, or next day the post doesn’t look like it makes any sense & would like to pop back & put it right.

I thought first off was only disabled in “Quick Reply” But I see it is global.

I know he was looking for a fight in the Repaircare Forum.

I was going to take out the Troll bit, but no edit facility? And I’m off-line all day so wouldn’t get the chance to do anything bout it, so I await the riposte.

Hopefully someone has Googled the word Tiddy Oggie. Ade knows where this has come from, but I don’t want a dispute with Dr Dill to become part of the 0800 thread.
