Does the door seal look out of shape, if so it’s possible a restraint spring has broken during the move

Sounds like residue coming from the heater box, you could try putting it on a drying cycle for a good 90 minutes or so to try and clear it. Using it for 10 minutes at a time won’t help

Been hectic here for the last few months although it seems to be tailing off a bit now, just in time for all those cooker faults that they’ve had for ages but decide to repair the week before Xmas
