Good luck. Just see how it goes but if it trips again I would do another test on the heater, you don’t do a continuity test but an insulation test from the terminals to earth

Very unlikely that a board would cause the problem. As ladem said get someone in to do a proper insulation test on the appliance,will probably end up saving you money in the long run
