Cheers Chaps. Its not the Usual old type wash motor but a new smaller type with the Heater straight on the back as per Johnmac11 Suggested Part Numbers. It was fine till a frequent Power Drop. All the lights go down to low Orange glow, washing m/c stops ect Power from Nat Grid probably a small local transformer as in the Wilds next to a pub who when start cooking everyone suffers + No back up generator. Now even with 240v All other appliances running ok Motor Noisy and not pumping water around dishwasher. Looking at cost will probably render BER Thanks Maybe try and get a few pics up to show if poss.

It seems to be filling ok correct amount of water. Washes for a while then display goes, machine stops, tap front near pcb and it starts up again but goes back to its original length in Time.

ParticipantRe: re Belling Halogen inner element not working
Regulator fitted exact same as replaced (Diamond type) and wired correctly cheers. Placed pan of water on Halogen, boiled ok cut out but inner element not switching in even after leaving to cool for a long period. Original fault was Halogen worked full on even when lowest setting selected. New Regulator cured this so Halogen would go out on lowest setting and work correctly throughout the range setting.
