ParticipantRe: JTM again!
Okay took the advice of Mikeday0800 and others in this thread and phoned accounts. Spoke with someone and got his email address and emailed him my list of returns. Got an email back within an hour with a load of SRN numbers. Next, emailed all this to Alan in the warehouse who emailed back a pick up date. Now fair enough the pick up never happened when he said but it did the next day after another email.
Waited a week and heard nothing so phoned accounts who informed me there were credits on my account and within minutes several emails with all the credit notes.
So it seems that JTM do have a workable system for returns but haven’t quite got round to informing their agents what it is.
Thanks to others in this thread for the info and I hope the rest who have issues with returns can follow the above and get it sorted.

ParticipantRe: Tumble dryer motor overheating (LG TDC800E)
The only way to be sure is to let it overheat, unplug it and test the continuity of the motor windings before it has time to cool. This way you would be sure it’s the motor cut-out operating.

ParticipantRe: Bosch Exxcel 1100 Express – WFO2265GB wont spin
One thing to remember on Bosch washing machines is that when selected on spin cycle the motor can take up to a minute before it starts to rotate.
So you may have fixed the problem but not given it a chance to spin.
You should hear a definite “click” from the board just before it starts to turn.

The 503168 number is a number a specific supplier uses. The number I gave is the manufacturers part number.
