    please just disconnect your cooker from its baynot fitting and live on take away food untill your correct part arrives, then get a Gas Safe engineer to fit it, you do not get that second chance with gas.

    Hi Ally,

    thermostat in the fridge type with cold wall fridge, thermostat can be changed without removing the built in fridge freezer.

    The microtemp type fuse has now been replaced by a cutout part number 210110544.now changed to 4410101001.

    look at the door latching pin on the door, does it look straight and does not wiggle, as the pin that secures it comes out of its locating mount at the bottom and causes this problem. a careful inspection of this should reveal all. good luck and watch out for damage to the door glass is you do dimantle it.

    check the manufactures instructions and then check the size of the cable at the cooker connection box and at the fuse distibution box, no good connecting it to 8 or 10mm if its only supplied by 6mm and fused 30amp.

    hi steve,

    i dont have access to the samsung site now but im sure that the appliance could be put into forced operation load tests to check the diverter valve, maybe someone with access to he site can forward this to you, good luck.

    set the thermostat to 80c when the temperature indicator goes out
    turn the thermostat up to 100c and tel me if the indicator light comes back on.

    thats one to watchout for on all appliances with a moulded plug, the first thing i do after i trace it to the cable is cut the plug off and wire up a new one.
