the appliance has overfilled and flooded into the base, anti flood has started and it runs the drain pump all the time, you need to tip the appliance back to empty the base of water.

it will be the snubber ring thats worn, its the plastic ring that the sits between the tub and chassis, dont have the part no to hand as its a while since i worked on one.

EER3 is a wash heater themistor problem or the wires going to it, its best to measure the resistance from the pcb end to check the wiring.
