    hi JMich,

    your appliance uses a hidden evaporator to cool the fridge and is not of the ducted air type, the possible causes of the fridge not cooling are lack of refigerant or the compressor has weakend and not pumping correctly, both need an engineer out im afraid.

    heater is approx 26 ohms, can be checked from the pcb side of the wiring loom.PM me you email address and i will forward some info.

    Hi pscuk01,

    if there a are no sounds from your fridge its more likley to be the thermostat that has gone faulty.simple repair.

    model number can be found by opening the fridge door and looking up under the top facia.
