    the number 307080300 is the commercial code, you will need the serial number to locate the correct part for 100 bit timer module and console panel.

    insulation fault on the heater causes this, just disconnect the heater and see if it works, or better still do an insulation test with a decent insulation tester.

    hi neil,

    its so easy to open it you will kick yourself for not thinking of it,
    get 2 foot of string slide it behind the door at the catch side, one hand holding the end of the string at 11 oclock position the othe hand at the 7 oclock position and give it sharp tug, job done, or you can use a credit card end on and push the latch backwards. 😆
