    Hi ijerram

the model number you have given is of a 60cm build in electric single oven, i presume its the gas hob above this oven that you require the part for. the oven itself may have to be removed to obtain the model number of the hob as its often on a sticker on the hob bottom.

power off first if you are going to have a go yourself.

    Hi Gerald,

if on power up the clock/timer does not light up and start to flash then its engineer time, click on the engineer link to find one local to you.

    Hi Gerald,

the clock/timer needs to be set in order for your bottom oven to work (if its flashing its not set) 😉
try pessing the button marked with an up/down arrow just after you have switched the power to the appliance back on.

please take your time and backtrack all that you have done as the pin problem quite common, check that the door has been corrrectly assembled.

    hi andrew B,

check the door handle pin has not come out of its fixing holes, to do this you need to dismantle the door assy.

    Hi Barrie,

just change the lead plug assembly from the old cover to the new one, it only takes minutes to do, it just plugs in at the fan motor end.

    Hi Nepune,

look at the display board for signs of fabric conditioner, it runs along the bottom of the board from the soap dispenser which is common for leaking,
this water ingress somtimes locks out the Ic2 bus (Communiction data bus) from the user board to the main PCB module.

a good clean and dry somtime sorts it out. Also check if the main pcb fuse has blown if it has both boards will need replacing along with the dispenser.
