    Hi Gunnag,

    they are all differant im afraid, model number or photo if possible, are they two peice, single peice,is the decals or numbers on the knob or on the hob, and what colour are they.

    Hi Malt

    check the door latch pin has not come out of its bottom fixing, it causes the door pecker to not mate correctly giving this symptom. to check you have to part the door trims.

    3 turn 2500 watts bolted from the rear so the oven has to come out to fit it, short bracket whirlpool/philips should fit but you will have to bolt it in, and remember CDA appliances have a 5 yeay parts guarantee so might be worth giving them a call.

    part no is 92749829 switch and themostat together, silly price. but if i remember the thermostat is just a standard continental type and just clicks into the switchbank.

    thats where it should be, covered behind a tin box by the look of it.

    also have a look at the top of the inside of the fridge behind the light lens cover next to the temp regulation levers.
