when you say it spins for a couple of seconds, does this mean no distribution speed!, if it goes straight into spin i would start at the motor tacho. the module would probably switch off power to motor if does’nt get any feed back within a couple of seconds. maybe 😕

for the machine to allow the heater to come on it must sense that it already has correct water level. if it has not then there is a fault in the pressure system. on the other hand, maybe it fills with water but the circulating pump isn’t pushing the water around the system.

airflow problems are common, check for fluff blockages in fan chamber and mostly in small bent hose that connects condenser to drum, condenser can also block or fan speed fault.

sounds like the model coding may have gone out of sink. if you ever have to change the pcb on most bosch dishwashers you have to programme the correct model coding, if you dont the kind of fault you mentioned occurs.

all fluor prices had a levey added months ago, i struck a deal with my supplier, “if i buy them from you, you take my old ones, seeing as you have charged extra.” they agreed. i then had to register my store to hold hazardous waste. and have a waste carriers licence of course.

remove the cabinet by unscrewing two screws on facia, slide foward and flip back over. remove two clips, unplug wiring loom, now remove cabinet.
the pump unclips from the motor, 2 4BA screws holding the motor clips, then motor comes off for easy access to coupling part number 481932528035. nice and easy to work on once you have seen a couple.
