even if you have to get the pump out its quite simple, gain access through front covers, remove push fit clear hose (clean it if gunged), the pump is a simple twist fit to remove.

cup out all the water. then under the filters on the left hand side there is a plastic cover held in with a t20 torx screw, undo the screw and lift out the cover. you then have access to the pump impeller. usually a small piece of glass will get jammed in these. ( mind your fingers!!!! )

not had much dealings with this machine but its got to be worth looking for dry joints on the pcb, bosch dishwashers certainly suffer badly with no heat due to dry joints.

i think from memory 4E is prssure sensor fault. usually easily sorted by cutting back the pressure tube near the pressure switch at top of machine, the hose splits causing no water level sensed in alloted time.

    hope this helps.

that black sealant used on oven doors is good for building extra strength on hoses. put a lump on and tell the customer not to use for a day.

we always take a minimum charge of £7.50 when large items are brought into workshop and £15.00 on refridgeration to allow for recycling if left with us. a minimum charge usually stops time wasters like the ones that pick up things from the tip, other wise they will be back every week with another one until they find a good one.

this is the connections number for the fan with tacho magnet on it which you will need for that type of board, this is assuming that you had the old type fan on there originally.
when sorted the planet hub should run at 61 to 68 revs per minute on low speed.

type in cpc.co.uk gets you to the right place.
.co.uk or .com very often seems to work.

i see they call it a fluff thermostat, it probably only operates when a blockage in filter reduces the airflow so that the exhaust stat does’nt really get the heat.
