    Hi all.

    When I went on to Trading Standards list of contractors,I was told that I could not put their logo in my advertising and that they did not exactley approve my company ie the council would not accept responsibility for any cock ups I made.

    Fair enough,I did`nt expect them to.

    I`m surprised some of you guys can use the ST logo,perhaps its a local thing?.

    I`m on Age Concerns contractors list to and they catergorically say no advertising using there logo`s and insist on public liability cover.
    They to say they do not approve of the contractor but build up a record of reports from pensioners who have used you.

    I`m glad you`ve said its fitted during manufacture as thats what I thought but could`nt believe that they would do something so stupid.

    I`ve bowed out on it now and the customer has bought a new machine.
