ParticipantYeah 8/10/12 kg machines with faster spins necessitating larger stabilising weights making them much heavier to manhandle and also less room to work in.
Glad I’m coming to the end of my appliance repair days!
Cheers.

ParticipantDone quite a few belt replacements on WMA’s without too much trouble.
But on this Bush there’s a lot less room to get your hands in.chuffy
ParticipantAs per my original post description.
The beep and tap symbol flashing is immediately the star button is pressed and the door closed.chuffy
ParticipantHi Kaibart.
Yes I do appreciate it could be a number of things and I’ve come across the tap symbol flashing on many occasions but it’s usually during a cycle and caused by either a fill or drain issue.
I’m assuming the module is detecting a fault at start up and giving this error.
It’s not practical or cost effective to just keep changing components til you hit the jackpot so I guess it’s heading for the tip.chuffy
ParticipantDid a search on LM Electrical eBay site with both part number and model number without any success.

ParticipantThanks Dave but Qualtex closed my account a few months ago because I wasn’t spending enough.
I’ve searched the part number on eBay and I would have thought that LM Electrical which I think is a Qualtex eBay site would have appeared…but no.chuffy
ParticipantJust googled that part number and found it but now too late because customer has purchased a new dishwasher.

ParticipantHi Paul,
Yes it probably is but can’t enlarge the photo.
Using that part number where could I get one from?
Sorry for slow response I’ve been away.
Thanks.chuffy
ParticipantDon’t think so Dave.
From what I remember the flange is circular.chuffy
ParticipantHi Dave,
I’ve sent you an email because I’m unable to upload a simple drawing.
Cheers.chuffy
ParticipantHi Dave,
Thanks for the response.
Yes that was my thoughts.
The latch assy comes complete with motor and 2 x micro switches and retails at £23.29.
If the motor is bought on its own it retails at £31.26 which is bizarre.
I’ll order a latch assy and give that a try.
Gotta be worth a punt.
Cheers.

ParticipantReturned to look at this dishwasher again.
Checked/cleared pressure system pipes to the pressure switch and to the sump while it contained a couple of litres of very hot water.
Still got the same error code so in desperation replaced the air break/turbine assy and still no joy. ☹️
I don’t want to waste any more of my time I’ve now walked away from the job.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Cheers.

ParticipantHi Jem,
Sorry don’t have the industrial code to hand.
The wash pump does not start before it aborts.
I’m fairly sure it has a pressure switch and I would have blown through it albeit with the machine empty.
Perhaps I’ll pop back and do what you suggest and try it with water in the sump.
Watch this space.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi,
Went to look at this m/c.
Cleaned sump and filters but same fault.
Fills for about 2 minutes then aborts.
Lights 1 and 3 out of the bank of 5 are on.
lnfo supplied lists banks of 4 or 6 led’s! – not 5.chuffy
ParticipantMany thanks Dave.
