    Thought it was fairly obvious what it was. Obviously not.
    Zanussi washing machine(washer).Sump filter. I dont have pr n.Inside drum.Do you always play to a crowd Martin

Im afraid most of what you said went straight over my head.I am not that tech savy.I dont know or cant explain how i did it but I have managed to load it.The pages load ok but the diagrams need the disk installed to work.I can live with that as I dont use disk drive for anything else and disk can stay in there.     Part numbers required relate to oven shelf supports and sides.How are shelf supports secured.Customer says they have lost whatever secures them.Paul

    Many apologies but have just noticed initial post part numbers are missing a digit. Should be 482852 and 482853.Really sorry about that and sorry for wasting peoples time.Found out these are used on Mertz :rolls: branded ovens also.

    p.s I still cant find them.
