I trust you explained to your customer that a twintub takes up more space in the her kitchen than an automatic would?

It’s only wheeled into the kitchen when needed. The kitchen measures about seven foot by five. We’d to take it in turns to breathe out.

Had a few of these with the same problem. Sent boards to QER and have come back fixed even though they can’t find a specific fault 😕 .
Still working months on, so whatever they did worked.

Or working on a Hotpile WM63 with a 95 drum AND inner drum :con:, with the customer insisting that its never had a problem before or been taken away. You carry on, knowing it’s been out to Billy the kids ranch house when they say……well they only had it a day!!!!!!

Because it was a miele (8yrs old) and an Indesit d/w was being installed next to it.

Funny you should say that. call this week to a year old Hoover condenser T/D with a siezed motor.
Next to it was a Miele washer….bought same place, same time 😯 .
Customer told me even the salesbody asked them why ??????

Had one of these recently doing a similar thing. Turned out to be a dry joint on the board.

    And on…..
Bosch tech says its probably in wrong packaging as only three wires are shown and there is no superceded part no.
Ordered replacement and thats the same 😥
Two motors and one peed off customer.

Kit available from Masterpart – BS05110
    £14.99

Great news that, saves a Bosch from the bin.
Just a quick question though, why can’t I cross ref the easy way on the Masterpart site the way I used to. It seems to be loads of toing and froing now.

MMmmmm not too sure it is the interlock.
Had this fault recently and the board had gone. On closer investigation one of the carbon brush holders was less than 1Meg. Worth checking.
