My missus has a T Mob phone and I have their mobile broadband…no probs with either.

Not sure if you mean is there an alternative to call diversion using a landline number to a mobile, but in my case its the only option. The only problem sometimes is calls lost due to the delay(about 4 seconds) in getting the signal to the mobile, some people think there’s no tones and put the phone down.

Not sure if this should be under the heading of ‘Time wasting little ba***rd’
Got a call request via email on Monday to call at an address in town, his tennant.
I was to let him know prices first and with an address to send the invoice to on completion it seemed like a legit call.
Tried to contact the tennant all week, leaving messages on voicemail and keeping landlord up to date with progress.
Tennant finally replies to my messages today and lets slip they have had someone round who told them it was the motor and it would be a write off 😕
Emailed landlord to inform him it looked like I was on a wild goose chase and he replied to me saying yes we’ve had it sorted, and that he’d emailed and rang several firms about it8O . What a Barclays!!!
What gets me most annoyed is that this guy is in business as a carpet supplier……….think I might order some carpets tonight. 😉TC

Aye, taking it easy now. Only doing four ickle calls today most of my regulars who rang up have been great and waited, except for some prat with a blocked Bosch pump who left six messages up to last night…….then when I phoned decided to buy a new machine. 👿

Martins spot on, I had same problem and Qualtex tech. sorted it out within the hour.

Done four jobs for them since July no problems so far and paid within 30 days. Cash collect jobs as well which they take their cut out on customers first contact. All jobs so far for me are in relatively local area as well 🙂 .
So far only Diplomat appliances.TC

Aye, they can do wonders today with them computermybobs. Tape drop outs and the like can be boosted to the level of the rest of the track etc. Stuff you could hear on the original track which never sounded that bad stick out like a sore thumb when you compare them.

I spoke to them t’other day re an urgent return/ replacement and was advised to email. Trouble is their email is down as well 🙁 due to problems with BT. Is this the one they had installed recently that was giving trouble as well.
Bet BT get a rocket due to loss of trade as how many of us this week have ordered elsewhere because of the problems.TC
