    Fantastic 👿
Yep I was told this last week as well. So much for fast tracking parts to customers who need them urgently. My last smaller delivery took 10 days. 2 lost jobs through it and parts I now need to return. Not good enough in my books.

    Re: Kitchenfitters tricks!

Not kitchen fitter but it could have been. I kid you not about this, on Monday I refused to work on an integrated Diplo dishwasher fitted in a cabinet……………….on top of the worksurface, with nothing holding the machine down for door counterbalance 😯 . Oh and the washer and dryer …..were freestanding underneath :rolls: .I have photos but not sure how to upload them to the site.
Her mother explained her ex husband had installed it like that.

I used to struggle like mad on these, but one method in the thread above is an absolute winner.
Loads of washing up liquid on the seal and lift the spring up from the bottom. Takes seconds and goes straight on without need for any wedges.

    👿 👿
Just been told that parts ordered last Thursday have gone by post because they were small items??????(door seals, oven elements) AND to give it 7 to 10 days for delivery 😯 .
Sorry for my bluntness but that is complete crap and no good to any business on the planet . So far its lost me two customers.
What bl***y planet are they on.

    Re: Kitchenfitters tricks!

I’ve lost count of the times I’ve tried to get a dishwasher out of a bodged, tiled up installation whilst groaning at every new twist (tiled to the kickstrip and grouted, taps behind cupboards, 4″ of mains cable throgh a hole in the base of the cupboard stretched across the units, feet cemented in ….all in one particular installation), all pointed out to the customer who replies “My husband fitted it and he knows what he’s doing” 😆
