    Re: New World DFEO70 oven

    Fan bloody tastic!!!!! 👿

Got the part number from a gentleman at Grim Dimpless.
Cheekily ordered the part from Connect (cos I didn’t want to have to wait two weeks for it to turn up) gets down to fit and……wrong switch pack.
I made a point of making sure he knew it was the main oven :rolls: .

Anyone aware of the main oven switch pack (the smaller switch pack of the two) part number?

Thanks in advance gents, this is turning into one of those calls!!!!

Re: Indesit group parts info – Partfinder?

Have met quite a few computer buffs with ideas on how to bypass the expiry date. So far none have worked. Does this again mean that the only totally reliable aspect of Indesit is the fact that they know how to stop things working. 😉

Had two people ring me today with,
‘the washing is now stone cold at the end of the wash….it never used to be’ :con:
They then get shirty when you ask if its been moved, hoses changed etc etc.

    Re: washing machine in garage

If you’ve got any streams or rainwater drains nearby that the water gets into, the environment agency will be hot to pick it up. Could be costly if he doesn’t modify it. Mother in law already been there with a garaged machine draining into wrong drain, set up by previous owner (another avid DIY’er :rolls: ).

Bit like a dance here in sinny Preston.
    Slow slow, quick quick slow.
Trouble is you jump in and decide to take a couple of days off and you can’t settle for the phone ringing off the hook with ‘just an enquiry’ or ‘wondered if I could pick your brain’ calls. 👿

Re: Indesit group parts info – Partfinder?

I’ve noticed on this topic that noone has mentioned my real bugbear with indesit. Why does Partfinder time out? Well we know why 👿 but every other disc we use carries on regardless and lets you decide when you need up to date info.
I stumped up the money once and then was gobsmacked when the bloody disc stopped working four months later. Blatant rip off.
Anything to get the ball back in our court would be lovverly. 😉

Tried various ones through the years that seem a surefire way of getting new customers, from a4 cards and calendars to Homebase and Morrisons card dispensers. Money wasted every time. If yer washer breaks down you’d look in Yellow pages or similar instead of hunting out a card that you might have seen an ad for repairs on.If that makes sense 😕
