Sorry, I’m asking if anyone works for the company directly as an engineer and if so what are they like to work for? Thanks

Rather than over complicate things id check the connections to the element, I’ve found them burnt out on several occasions, if there ok, the element should read around 30ohms, worst case will be the pcb. Unplug before testing!

Thanks for the reply. Currently working for a big and very demanding company so can’t imagine they could be any worse, that may just be wishful thinking though.

Hi Bryn, if the machine is still full of water and your sure the drain hose is clear it must be a blockage In the sump hose which connects the tub to the pump.

Re: Resetting clock on Bosch hbn331eob/04 oven

    Hi,

I’ve had the same fault a few times, new clock seems to solve it, I used to have problems with brand new ovens but that was down to reversed polarity, clocks didn’t like it. Hope that helps.

    Dan.

    Re: Bosch wf02264gb01 spin problem

It’s normal for the time to jump from 7 to 1min if your testing with no load because the machine has nothing to balance-out so it will just skip to 1min and carry on spinning, had me confused when I first noticed it. Maybe it could be down to unbalanced loads, not draining properly or the customer is just paranoid after the repair.

I find that replacing the pressure chamber usually sorts that fault, cant be cleaned properly bacause its sealed(its the one which connects to the ribbed hose).Otherwise it may be fault with heater unit or even module.Hope that helps mate,Dan
