Forgot to say,be carefull when fitting the spout/rude bit! ,the plastic can crack.

yeap ive had the same problem mate,felt like crying after 30 mins of trying to fit a seal that was too small,I think the problem is that the old and new seals look the same but are different sizes,so take original seal with you(if customer cant use m/c)and match up,Dan

Is it a “frost free” and does the freezer cool the fridge section via a fan? Sorry dont see many candy so dont recognise mod.Dan

Ive watched alot of the Bosch m/c’s jump from 7 mins to 1 min,I personly think the control module is allowing for an “out of balance load”.Probably wrong but thats what I tell customers.

There’s a mod kit for these that needs fitting,module,deflecter plate(above evap) and depending on the FD and heater which goes up the drain tube in the freezer.

I think these have a condenser plate in the tank which if “gunged up” machine wont dry properly,might be worth asking the customer to do a few boil washes with a rag and detergent to try and flush through and also make sure shes only washing 1/2 a load,hope that helps,Dan

Has this model not got a flow meter(impellor jug)? Might be worth checking the re-circ motor isnt seized have seen that cause same prob before.Dan
