I think these pumps are manufactured in the same factory in Germany as the genuine article.

I think you will find that if the shaft needs replacing on a WMA machine with 30mm shaft the replacement parts are as follows.
The new rear tub is Part No.1603409 which comes with bearings fitted for a 35mm shaft and you will also need to upgrade to a 35mm shaft Part No. 1604770.
I think the 30mm shaft was upgraded due to premature failure of the seal originally used.

I don’t usually have any problems with deliveries from Connect or Qualtex they always arrive the next day if delivered by the carrier themselves (DHL for Connect).
I have found that if I make a small order with Connect the parcel is sometimes sent by post but i am still charged the £5.50+vat carriage charge.
(I haven’t checked the post office charges but i am sure they are a lot less than £5.50+vat)
Then the parcel might not arrive until 3 days later.This does p*** me off especially if I have told the customer that I can get the part the next day.
Connect told me that it was the carrier (DHL)who was sending the smaller parcels by post not them.

I have had a similar problem with A Bendix machine, I think you may have to put the machine into the diagnostic mode as the machine may have faulted itself out.
I think it does a self test at the start of any program and if anything is wrong it does not continue but faults out.
I may be wrong but its worth a try.

Last one i had like that was wire broken on one of the stats, check wiring to dryer heating element.
