    Had the same problem with an old Zanussi once,turned out to be a short circuit inlet water valve,worth a check.

    You should be able to replace the impellor’s separately they come as a kit obtainable from Connect.
    Sorry don’t have the part no. to hand.

    Some foreign matter in the dishwasher is probably what is causing the fins to fail, make sure there are no bits of glass or bone in the pump housing.

    You could try Electruepart BRG9111 (Connect Distribution Services ) 0870 442 3700

    Outer drum Assembly for WD1253FHB is listed as the same as for WD1245FHB.

    Bearings are listed for the 1245 as above.

    Nothing to do with Dishwashers but there was once a Hotpoint Microtronic Washing Machine which sometimes took up to 4 hours to complete a Mixed Wash.

    That came straight from Hotpoint technical Dept (When they had a technical Dept)

    Page 28 of manual for 110 all electric
    not sure about rivets the back on this one is held in position by screws.
