    The outer glass is part number 78X2789 at £56.44 inc VAT and carriage.

    B&Q were correct, it is a Brandt made oven, the part will probably take between 4 and 8 weeks to arrive normally which I can order if required.

    You mention the U bend, presumably this is the one under your sink ?

    Have you checked the connection where the waste hose joins the trap ?

    Which detergent are you using Shirl ?

    If it’s 3/4 – in -1 try a standard (good quality) powder or liquid and seperate rinse aid 🙂

    Foreign objects in the pump can eventually damage it, especially the Askoll type, as long as you’re sure there’s nothing in there, replacing it should do the trick (with the power off 😉 :zap:)

    There are two versions of this model with two different circulation pumps, I would need the long number starting with 85 please from the rating plate to identify/price correctly 🙂

    The motor Bryan refers to is not the right one for either of them (although similar) 😉
