6049050 is the part number, not recognised by Connect or Partscenter though for some reason 😕

Quite a new model I guess or Commercial ?

    Re: HPT THERMAL FUSE

Why does it matter if it’s square or rectangular, or does it fit into a recess on the dryer box (can’t remember now) ?

If Andy (Masterpart) has the old style then that’s the one you need 🙂

Re: KYOTO KF6233FF spares and fridge temp problem

It most certainly is a Brandt and the PCB is the single most common problem with these.

As long as the defrost heater is OK (the thermistors aren’t replaceable) there isn’t much else you can replace on these to be honest.

The PCB is 45X8924 at £65.30 inc VAT and carriage which I can supply, an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if required 🙂

User manual from MFI on 08457 959722

You may not be doing anything wrong, this model is well known for heating/thermostat problems. Type “Haier” and/or the model number in to the forum search and you’ll see this has been quite a common problem 😉

    Nope, Italy.

I think the module has failed in that case. Twice from new ? 😯

Call the service company who cover the guarantee 😀

silverheart wrote:Could this be the element and if so, how easy are these to replace?

Almost certainly, screwdriver job basically but we can’t go in to specifics for legal and safety reasons. You can get the element HERE 😀

If you’re unsure, check the repairs@ link below and please power off if you attempt yourself :zap:

silverheart wrote:The integral grill has never worked (unfortunately it was past its warranty when we first tried to use it!) – can the grill element also be replaced and how is this done?

Odd, are you sure you’ve read the manual correctly as it is very unusual for elements not to work from new, you may have to set the oven thermostat as well as the grill control for it to work 😉

If you search the forums here:

For “ZX99*” (with the asterisk but without the quotes) this problem seems to come up quite often.
