All I keep getting for every RS21 version is DA63-01169N which is the white one, presumably that’s the one you’ve been sent already ?

Perhaps it’s only available in white, a call to Samsung spares on 0870 2420303 maybe ?

Not especially John but not uncommon on any dishwasher.

Normally replacing the dispenser does the trick which I’m sure you can get hold of pretty easily 😉

I fear the compressor has failed to be honest if it won’t come back on after the power has been off for a while, coupled with it running constantly.

A refrigeration engineer will be able to tell for sure, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

This is an electronic one, I’ve emailed you the wiring diagram, the most common failure is the PCB which is part number 41X0159
