I only have the user manuals though and these will be no help at all in repairing anything 😉

If it’s the hose that looks like it won’t come off then yes, it’s a whole motor as supplied by Whirlpool at about £100 🙁
There are other ways of making a hose fit though 😉

I can’t decipher the Stoves date code but the serial number may indicate 1992 (is it that old) ?

Hi,
This model seems to have from the top, three drawers complete then three flaps, then a lower basket.
I guess it’s one of the flaps you need ?
Part number 45X8280 which one ditributor seems to want to charge around £40 for, there is another more resonable one I can place an enquiry with if you wish, drop me an email detailing the part number above.

Firstly, did you get the correct thermostat kit as there are two types depending on the serial number ?
It may also not be them, there is another thermostat at the front and also one of the timers can cause no heat on these.
It may be worth asking an engineer to check further if you’re unsure, check the repairs@ link below if you need one 🙂
