ParticipantRe: Public Information
I can’t find the specific thread but most of the information in it (and I’ve read it a few times) was public to public advice and a lot of that from a particular post on diynot.com from memory.
Before forums there were phones (and still are), it just goes to show what a helpful bunch we appliance engineers are 😉
I can’t recall a single day in over 20 years when I haven’t been asked for free advice on this, that or the other over the phone, and have given it on many occasion as long as the safety aspect is reinforced, the only difference now is we have a wider audience which can only serve to enhance the independents in the public’s eyes I hope 🙂
I’ll get the flak jacket on now 😉

ParticipantRe: hose for whirlpool AWG 210/7 dryer
You just need a standard 4″ universal vent hose then (check diameter to be sure).
You can see them here:

ParticipantRe: old tricity built in cooker
It is obsolete, the old part number was 435097 and shows as a C92TH25/195 which may help to cross ref it ?

ParticipantRe: hose for whirlpool AWG 210/7 dryer
Do you already have a vent hose fitted (ie need replacement hose only) or do you need a vent kit complete ?

ParticipantRe: Carlton Dishwasher error
The model may help narrow this down but Carlton is a Currys own brand and there is very limited information available on them I’m afraid.

ParticipantRe: Neff fan oven elements
Are these holes drilled all the way through the fan blade or just semi as normally they are just made to balance any weight imperfections to stop vibration ?

ParticipantRe: AEG Lavamat L12700ViT dryer problem
One of the pulleys on either the motor or fan unit are poorly manufactured or misaligned, it can’t be anything else really 😕
Given the little use the dryer has had it all points to a manufacturing defect.
Have a chat with Electrolux (who own AEG):
http://www.serviceforce.co.uk and see if they can help rectify this for you 🙂

ParticipantRe: Zanussi FF howling
Apart from the fan motor I can’t think of much else that would make a noise that loud to be honest.
Perhaps it’s time to ask an engineer to attend and check it out ?
Try the repairs@ link below 🙂
