It’s nearly always the relay PCB on these models, the on/off button isn’t meant to stay in, it’s a spring loaded start switch 😉

It probably got shook up in transit to be honest.
If you reply to the email created by our online shop I’ll send another one no problem.
I have seen many bulbs do this on first fitting, even a normal house lamp, as you say probably an internal short.

They phoned me yesterday as well, the guy definitely said he was from Currys though. They are getting the numbers from Thompson Local 😉
I only know this as I asked where they got the number from, it seems I am listed as an engineer in the wrong category 😆

It means a flow meter failure genarally.
If you go to the forum search and search for “flow and meter” (exactly that without the quotes, there’s quite a bit of info here on this fault 🙂
