Zanussi’s own version was the Z20/15 then one would have to assume, about the same age, which is part number 50086430001.

    I hope 😉

If the machine isn’t draining and there are no blockages anywhere there’s nothing else it can be really.

Merloni make that machine for MFI Meatyboy and it does sound as if it’s failed.

I’m working on it , I still need more info from SOS, she was out again today and I ran out of time yesterday 🙁

In the meantime, keep the thread near the top if possible, it’s already had nearly 300 viewings 😉

Don’t make it a sticky though, too obvious.

Re: Heater element for a CDA washer/dryer

I now have the price from CDA as well.

    It’s £33.63 inc VAT, plus £3.50 postage.

Drop me an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk or PM Bryan, one of us can sort the rest out for you.

    Nope, it wouldn’t.

May I suggest you call an engineer to check and diagnose for you ?

I think you may have already wasted money on the new timer to be honest 😉

Ah, it’s one of those type.

Is it the metal parts that go in to the oven that have broken ?

The dryer fan motor then, forget what I said earlier 😀

Even if it shows continuity it may well be that the coils have shorted somewhere.

It sounds to me like it’s a new fan motor required to be honest.

Bryan, it’s the washer heater Nick is after, is this the one you mean ?

I now know it’s the same as a CI992, just waiting on a price now 🙂
